2. Description of Service

SpeakerGym is a communication training platform that provides live classes, on-demand training content, structured programs (Tracks), community features, and one-on-one coaching sessions designed to help individuals improve their public speaking, presentation, and communication skills.

The Service may include, but is not limited to: live virtual and in-person classes, recorded training modules, practice drills, progress tracking tools, leaderboards, community forums, video review features, and personalized coaching. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Service at any time without prior notice.

3. User Accounts & Registration

To access certain features of the Service, you must create an account. When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to keep your account information updated. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

You must be at least 13 years of age to create an account. If you are under 18, you represent that you have your parent or guardian’s consent to use the Service. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that we reasonably believe to be fraudulent.

4. Membership & Payments

SpeakerGym offers several purchase options including single drop-in classes, class packs, community memberships (Standard and Plus tiers), structured Tracks, bootcamps, and one-on-one coaching sessions. All prices are listed in US dollars and are subject to change with reasonable notice.

Community memberships are billed on a recurring monthly basis. You may cancel your membership at any time, and cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing cycle. Class packs expire six months from the date of purchase. Unused classes in expired packs are not refundable.

All purchases are backed by our 30-day satisfaction guarantee. If you are unsatisfied with the Service within your first 30 days, contact us for a full refund. Refund requests after the 30-day window are handled on a case-by-case basis.

5. Code of Conduct

SpeakerGym is a supportive, growth-oriented community. By using the Service, you agree to treat all members, coaches, and staff with respect. The following behaviors are strictly prohibited:

• Harassment, bullying, intimidation, or discrimination of any kind
• Sharing offensive, hateful, or inappropriate content in forums, classes, or chats
• Recording or distributing class sessions without explicit permission
• Disrupting classes or intentionally undermining other participants’ experience
• Using the platform for spam, solicitation, or commercial promotion

Violations of this Code of Conduct may result in warnings, temporary suspension, or permanent termination of your account, at our sole discretion.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on the SpeakerGym platform — including but not limited to training modules, class curricula, drills, frameworks, branding, design, text, graphics, logos, and software — is the intellectual property of SpeakerGym and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from our content without prior written consent.

You retain full ownership of any recordings, submissions, or content you create during your use of the Service (e.g., practice recordings, video submissions). By submitting content for coach review or community features, you grant SpeakerGym a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use that content solely for the purpose of delivering the Service (e.g., providing feedback, displaying on leaderboards).

7. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. SpeakerGym makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Service, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SpeakerGym shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to SpeakerGym in the twelve months preceding the claim.

8. Termination

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us at hello@speakergym.com or through your account settings. Upon termination, your right to access the Service will cease immediately, though certain provisions of these Terms (including Intellectual Property, Limitation of Liability, and Governing Law) will survive termination.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that we determine violates these Terms, is harmful to other users or the Service, or is otherwise objectionable.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will notify you by updating the “Last updated” date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, by sending you an email notification. Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.
