When you create an account, we collect your name, email address, and password. If you purchase a class pack, membership, or coaching session, we collect billing information including your payment method details (processed securely by our payment processor).

Usage Data

We automatically collect information about how you interact with the Service, including pages visited, features used, class attendance history, progress metrics, drill completion data, leaderboard standings, and session duration. We also collect device information such as browser type, operating system, and IP address.

Practice Recordings & Submissions

If you use video submission features for coach review or self-assessment, we store those recordings in association with your account. You retain ownership of all recordings you create. Recordings are only accessible to you and the coaches you submit them to.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect for the following purposes:

• Service Delivery: To provide, maintain, and improve the platform, including class scheduling, progress tracking, leaderboards, and personalized training recommendations.
• Communication: To send you account notifications, class reminders, weekly progress reports, and important service updates. You may opt out of non-essential communications at any time.
• Improvement: To analyze usage patterns and feedback to improve our training content, platform features, and overall user experience.
• Safety & Security: To detect and prevent fraud, abuse, and unauthorized access to the Service.

3. Data Storage & Security

Your data is stored securely using Supabase, a trusted cloud infrastructure provider. All data is encrypted in transit (TLS/SSL) and at rest. We implement industry-standard security measures including access controls, regular security audits, and secure authentication protocols to protect your personal information.

While we take reasonable measures to protect your information, no method of electronic storage or transmission is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security, but we are committed to promptly notifying affected users in the event of a data breach.

4. Third-Party Services

We work with trusted third-party service providers to operate the platform. These providers only have access to the information necessary to perform their specific functions and are obligated to protect your data:

• Supabase: Database hosting, authentication, and file storage.
• Payment Processor: Secure payment processing for class packs, memberships, and coaching sessions. We do not store your full credit card number on our servers.
• Analytics: Anonymized usage analytics to help us understand how the platform is used and identify areas for improvement.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties for marketing purposes.

5. Your Rights

You have the following rights regarding your personal information:
